The Plough Hotel

Don't be fooled by the 'old pub' look of The Plough Hotel.  Once you are inside you will be pleasantly surprised.

The Plough Hotel has been on High Street since the mid 1800's.  There is no longer a place to hitch your horse outside, but a history hallway inside pays homage to years gone by.

Two couples, Mike & Golda and Amy & Luke, took on the slightly run down, rambling business in 2015 and have enjoyed restoring the wonderful history of this iconic country hotel.  As hands-on operators they love looking after all their guests with great service and a wonderful, welcoming atmosphere.

Muddy rugby boots are welcome at this family friendly hotel and the portions are big with everything expected on a pub menu including steaks, burgers and blue cod plus smaller meals for children and the not so young
